The use of desktop 3D scanner aids in reverse engineering broken parts that can no longer be bought off the general market.  We use this device along with our 3D CAD software to produce rapid prototypes for our customers.  We are a small shop allowing us to respond rapidly to customers needs and produce small quantity prototypes quickly.
