1993 – We made contact with a company called Mectronics in Europe.  They started buying our Perforators to sell to their clients throughout Europe.

1995 – Expanded our Perforator market into Canada.

1996 – We made contact with a company called Drossbach in Germany, a major corrugated tile equipment manufacturer. They started buying our Perforators to sell along with their own equipment.

1997 – Expanded our Perforator market into Japan, Chile, and Egypt.

1997 – Acquired a Multi-Speed Transmission product line from the Ramsey Winch Company.  With our capabilities and Ramsey’s fine reputation in the oil field business, we entered into the transmission business.

1998 – Acquired a Hanger Bearing Line of Transmissions from the Tulsa Winch Company.  These two-speed Hi & Lo range Gear boxes are commonly used in the custom Truck and Trailer Industry.

1998 – We made contact with a company called Frankische in Germany, a major corrugated tile equipment manufacturer. They started buying our Perforators to sell along with their own equipment.

1999 – Through Drossbach in Germany we expanded our Perforator market into Hungary, Croatia, Russia, and Austria.

2000 – Expanded our Perforator market into South Africa and Ireland.

2005 – Expanded our Perforator market into France.

2006 – Expanded our Perforator market into Norway.

2008 – Expanded our Perforator market into the UK.

2009 – We acquired a new OLUMA LB3000EX Lathe with a Rebel 102 Servo Bar Feed System.  This machine includes Live Tooling and Full Sub Spindle.  This has greatly enhanced our already strong line of OKUMA lathes for HIGH tolerance HIGH Quality parts.

2011 – Expanded our Perforator market into Sweden.

2012 – We acquired a new OKUMA MB 5000H Horizontal Mill with a Auto Tool Changer that holds 121 tools.  This machine has auto pallet changing and quick change tomb stone part holding.  We can change from one job to the next in less than 5 minutes and be running good parts!

2013 – Expanded our Perforator market into Mexico.

2017 – We were able to bring on board several new employees with “top rated” CNC Programming and Machining skills!  (Combined, over 90 years experience)  We have tremendous knowledge and ability to produce complex 3D mold and part designs.

In addition to the new employees – we have also acquired a new OKUMA MB-66VB Mill.  This state of the art machine with its 15000RPM spindle is simply AMAZING!  Equipped with Rotary Table and Renishaw Probing System, setups are cut down nearly by two thirds.

2018 – After nearly 30 years of ZERO advertising and a very basic web site for the last 10-15 years, we have completed a major overhaul of our website to give our current and potential new customers a better feel for what the VALUE that Valley Gear & Machine Inc. has to offer them.
