Here at Valley Gear it is always our goal to provide the most robust designed and built equipment possible.  We take our time to develop the best design possible for our customers needs and build quality equipment with the design intent to NOT have to be making repair parts for a long period of time.

We use 3D Cad Software (Solid Edge, Solid Works, & Master Cam) to develop the design and gain approval from the customer prior to any machining.  This allows us great flexibility and precision in our designs and machining processes.

No job is too small!  We have designed and built equipment for  multiple Automotive and After Market suppliers to the Auto Industry, Agriculture Platforms and Municipality Water Works Departments.

Valley Gear was approached by an auto company in 1999 with an inventory and supply problem, we worked with the company to put together a plan on what would best solve their issues and designed and built this machine. This one machine eliminated 26 job positions within the plant. Paying for itself in less than half a year. To this day it is still in operation and has only had about $1000.00 of maintenance on it.
